Covid-19 restrictions: the yoga classes are continuing with the use of ZOOM until further notice.All levels of ability and experience are catered for.
In addition to Anne Bond's regular Hatha Yoga class on Thursday mornings 10-11.15, currently being held online, two new classes are starting for the autumn and winter 2020. From week commencing 5th October:
Mondays from 4.45 – 5.45 pm: Mindfulness-based Yoga (MBY): these sessions will enable you to practise and explore yoga postures and your experience in a gentle way, focusing on breath awareness, formal mindfulness and deep relaxation.Cost per drop in session is £6.00 or pay £20 in advance for a block of 4.Wednesdays 10.30 – 11.30 amChair-based Yoga: these classes are suitable for those who do not wish to get down on a mat on the floor but would like the support of a chair to practise various yoga postures and breath practices. They would particularly suit those in ‘their gentler years’ Cost per drop in session is £4.00.
